Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

This legal right does not replace our 90-day return policy; it gives EU customers a minimum mandatory protection.

Items must be:

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under UK consumer law.

As with the EU:

  • No reason is required

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If your refund is approved:
